Incorporated in 1971, the group had paved a glorious path of success in the F&B sector serving as Kankaria Tea Company which owns a Tea Garden of more than 200 acres. With the aim of setting new benchmarks and building new landmarks in Central India, the group diversified its business portfolio and ventured into real estate business in the year 2006 through a bonsai project “Siddhi Greens” in MHOW – A well-known city in Madhya Pradesh.

It then marched onto create the first gated condominium under the name “Siddhi Solitaire” in the same city. As the group was growing, the group entered in the city known as the financial capital of the state “Indore” and introduced residential projects “Siddhi Four Seasons” and a commercial development “Scape IT Park” at Super-corridor and near TCS and Infosys
